    Prepare your body for birth as you work through the stages of pregnancy. Learn correct pelvic floor and abdominal preparation and injury prevention. Be supported to continue exercising safely through pregnancy.

    At 20 weeks pelvic floor screening is performed and is progressed through the 3rd trimester through to delivery.

    For comprensive birth preparation, our Birth & Baby program is recommended from 30-35 weeks.

  • Birth Preparation

    Join our small group workshop for first time parents or 1:1 birth preparation and partner support services to help prepare you and your birth partner for a safe delivery and readiness for the arrival of your new baby.

    Weekend workshops for first-time mums and their birthing partners are run monthly on Saturdays, whilst 1:1 birth preparation consultations are recommended for parents who have birthed previously.

  • Postnatal Care

    Optimise your recovery following vaginal or caesarean delivery through to return to full activities. Your postnatal care may include perineal tear and scar management, abdominal wall/separation rehabilitation, C-section scar management, pelvic floor assessment and return to exercise planning.

    Ensure your baby’s best physical start to life with your Healthy Baby Check - performed alongside mum’s 6-week postnatal check up. Our Paediatric Physiotherapist will assess your baby and advise you on strategies to optimise your babies movement development.
